Cookie Policy
Information under the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021 and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy). Last updated: 4 November 2026. This is a translation: if the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device. Some are needed for the site to work (technical cookies), others measure traffic or profile users for advertising (analytics and profiling cookies).
2. Which cookies this site uses
The site uses three categories of cookies and similar tools (such as pixels and the browser's local storage):
- Necessary: keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Always on, no consent needed.
- Statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Switched on only if you accept them.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel. Switched on only if you accept it.
Until you make a choice, or if you reject, the statistics and marketing tools are not loaded and no request is sent to Google, Microsoft or Meta. We use Google's Consent Mode v2 with all permissions denied by default.

We also use the browser's session storage (sessionStorage) to avoid counting the same event twice, for example a purchase if you reload the confirmation page. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Providers' policies: Google, Microsoft, Meta. These providers may transfer data to the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
3. Other third-party services
To run the demo chat, host the site and take payments we use Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payments, on its own checkout pages). These providers may process technical data (e.g. IP address) for operation and security, as described in the Privacy Policy. We also record internal aggregate statistics on button clicks, without cookies.
4. How to give, change or withdraw consent
On your first visit a banner asks you to choose: Accept, Reject or Customize (statistics and marketing separately). Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not limit your use of the site. Your choice lasts 6 months; then we ask again.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the tools are switched off and their cookies deleted from this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Updates
If we add other tools, we will update this policy and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
